1. Dust removal should be carried out weekly. removing dust, the power supply to the control system must be turned off, and dust and oil sludge on the outside of the motor base should be cleared promptly.
. Check weekly whether the motor is operating normally, with no abnormal noise and no overheating.
3. Check weekly whether the wiring screws in the junction box are loose burned.
4. Weekly inspection of the insulation condition. During the use of the motor, the insulation resistance should be checked frequently, and pay attention to whether grounding of the motor shell is reliable.
5. Weekly maintenance and upkeep of the motor cooling fan. Dust or foreign objects on the cooling fan should be cleaned promptly prevent the motor from overheating abnormally due to the fan failing to operate normally.
